I have still not been able to lay hands on this book (someone keeps checking it out of the UMD library), but I've found a review of it online here. Typical of these scholarly anthologies, it contains a bunch of essays on some really, really specific topics. Section 4, written by actual performers, looks to be the most immediately useful to the SCAdian storyteller/narrator. That is not enough for me to shell out $95 for the book, and I will continue to wait for it to reappear in the library.
