Powered Exoskeleton...

...check.

Flight belt... check.

Hi-tech body armor... check.

Super-genius engineer with mad r0b0t1x sk1llz... check*.

All I need now is a reliable energy blast weapon (preferably, one that can be set to 'stun') and I can go be a costumed adventurer. BEWARE, EVILDOERS! - for the Daedalian will soon be sweeping down to thwart your nefarious plans.

Damn.  Heroes don't get to cackle wildly.  A design flaw, that.

Moe

*Not 'sidekick'.  Oh, my, no.

A reliable energy blast weapon, you say?

Preferably set to stun, even.

Also, DARPA may let you buy an exoskeleton domestically rather than the Japanese import you're considering.

And don't forget the self-driving vehicle.

*Definitely not a sidekick. This is a sidekick. Cute, comical, and prone to wander off at inopportune moments.
