MoneySpace (Trade)
Many people mistake this attunement for some odd variant of Scabbard, which is both understandable and not correct. Most Servitors of Trade are careful to not offer too public a correction. As a practical matter, MoneySpace does work much like Scabbard, except that the angel can only materialize and dematerialize money-related items. This can include things like personal checks, government bonds, letters of credit, stock certificates... anything that embodies the concepts of currency or Trade.
Eventually, a Servitor of Trade thought about the implications of that for a while, then tried to place himself in MoneySpace.
He was very surprised to have succeeded, and much more to discover what he found there. MoneySpace is actually more accurately MathematicsSpace: it seems to be an odd little corner of the Symphony where pure math can take semi-tangible form. There's not much that can be done there - getting Servitors of Lightning in to analyze the place has proven difficult; there's some sort of mental glitch there that makes it hard for them to get a handle on MoneySpace. Nonetheless, Servitors of Marc can survive in there indefinitely... they just can't get out until some other Servitor of Trade reaches into MoneySpace to retrieve his or her items. A simple grabbing of the hand will suffice to bring the Servitor of Trade back to a more normal plane of existence.
Yes, it produced all sorts of amusing reactions the first time that happened.
Every time I see the title of this post, I keep reading it as "MonkeySpace." Heh.
